How we handle company data and personal data

00. Introduction
In this privacy statement you can read everything about the way in which your personal data is collected and how it is handled. This explains where your data is stored and for what purposes your data is stored. In addition, you will also find all your rights with regard to your data and how you can make use of those rights. The privacy statement will sometimes be changed due to, for example, legislative changes. It is therefore advisable to consult the statement periodically.

01.Future Insight
You are currently reading the Future Insight privacy statement. Future Insight supports projects in the living environment. with consultancy and software products. There are situations in which your data is collected by Future Insight. It is therefore good that you know what is done with it and how you can indicate your wishes regarding your data. That is what this statement is about. 02. Target data
Personal data is collected by Future Insight for a number of purposes. These are explained below. 
 

01. Sending product updates 
Future Insight sends product updates via email. These updates are aimed at sharing knowledge about our software products. If you are a user of one of our products, you will receive these updates. Your email address and name are kept in a Mailchimp address file. You can also unsubscribe yourself via the update email if you prefer not to receive these updates.
 

02. Entering into an agreement
When you enter into an agreement with Future Insight, additional information will be required to be able to draw up the agreement, such as name and address details, Chamber of Commerce no. We will only request the necessary information so that we can enter into the agreement. This data is also stored in Clearly itself so that we can get in touch if necessary. This information is also in our financial system with which we organize the invoicing.
 

03. Analytics 
The Future Insight and Clearly website collect data to improve the website. This is done with Google Analytics. This data is anonymous and is therefore not linked to your personal data. This includes information such as the duration of your website visit or the pages you visit a lot. 

03. Receivers
The data that Future Insight receives and processes is managed by: 
01. Mailchimp 
The Clearly updates are sent with Mailchimp.
02. Hostnet 
The Future Insight email is hosted at Google. If you contact us by email, those emails will be stored on Google's servers. 
03. WPEngine 
The website and backups of the website are hosted at TransIP. Data that you leave on the Future Insight website   is stored on TransIP's servers.
04.Google Drive
Agreements are stored in the secure Google Drive environment of Future Insight.
05.Clearly 
Customer data and agreements are stored in our own secure Clearly platform.
06. e-Bookkeeping
Financial data for the billing of our services are stored in e-Bookkeeping.

07. Zapier 

Future Insight uses Zapier to connect the newsletter forms on website to Mailchimp. In this, the mail address and your name are shared.

04. Storage period
Your data will be kept for a longer period of time by Future Insight, but never longer than necessary for the performance of activities, unless we have to keep your data longer due to a legal regulation. 
01. Sending Clearly updates
Your email address and first name are stored in Mailchimp. The storage of your data is indefinite. You can unsubscribe whenever you want via the link at the bottom of the Clearly updates or by sending an email to[email protected] 
02. Contact Us 
The moment you contact Future Insight via email, the data you send, such as your name, company name, and email address, will be stored on the mail server.
03. Analytics 
The data that Analytics collects on the website is anonymous, so it is not linked to your name, company or e-mail address. This data is kept indefinitely within Google Analytics. 
04. Customer Data and Agreements
The customer data and agreements that are securely stored on Google Drive and in Clearly. In the case of the agreements, this is a legal obligation from the tax authorities.

05. Security
No physical copies are made of your personal data. Your data is only managed in the aforementioned systems and software. The personal data managed by Future Insight or by the aforementioned third parties is only accessible via the above software and is protected with a password and where possible with two-step verification. With this two-step verification, a code is generated from the software and sent to Future Insight. This code must be used during the login process. The devices that open your data are each also locked with a password and/or fingerprint. The number of devices that have access to your data is limited to only the necessary devices. In addition, your visit to our website and our web applications is secured by an SSL certificate. This means that your connection to Future Insight's website and products is private. You can recognize this security by the green lock in front of the url. 

06. Your rights
01. Right of access 
You have the right to request your data that is recorded and stored at Future Insight at any time. You do this by sending an e-mail or contacting Future Insight by telephone at[email protected]. You will then receive an overview of your data. 
02. Right to rectification 
Is your data incorrect? Or have your details changed? You have the right to have this rectified by Future Insight. You can change your data regarding the Clearly update mail via the appropriate url at the bottom of every mail. 
04. Right to transfer 
If you need the data stored at Future Insight in case you switch to another party or service, you have the right to transfer. Future Insight must transfer all your data to the other party. To be clear, this does not apply to project data in Clearly.
05. Right to erasure of data 
Do you no longer want your data to be recorded at Future Insight? Then you have the right to have your data erased. 
06. Right to make a complaint 
You have the right to submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you believe that Future insight does not handle your data correctly. This can be done via this link: https://autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl/nl/meldingsformulier-klachten
07, Right to stop data use (objection) 
Do you not want Future Insight to use your data? Then you have the right to stop the use of your personal data. You can exercise these rights via[email protected]by sending a copy of ID proof in which the passport photo, the numbers at the bottom of the passport, ID proof number and BSN have been made illegible. The aim is to respond within a week.

07. Duties
Future Insight processes personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, namely a commercial interest. Think of relationship management and offering services or products from Future Insight. Your data will never be sold to third parties. The data that is mandatory to provide are the minimum data required for offering the services or products. For example, your e-mail address is required to be able to send the Clearly update e-mails. If this mandatory information is not provided, Future Insight cannot offer the relevant service. 
Future Insight reserves the right to disclose the data when required to do so by law or when Future Insight deems it warranted to comply with a legal request/process or to protect the rights, property or safety of Future Insight. We always try to respect your right to privacy as much as possible.
