To further grow our market share with Clearly.Projects , we are looking for a sales executive with:
demonstrable experience and a broad network within the infrastructure and/or construction sector;
HBO/WO work and thinking level, with demonstrable experience in managing complex sales processes;
a driven professional who works independently, commercially and results-oriented, with a clear vision of sales and marketing strategies.
We are looking for someone who:
draws energy from developing and executing strategic sales plans and can identify new market opportunities;
can capitalize on opportunities in acquisition, after-sales and upselling, and build long-term customer relationships;
represents our innovative software within the civil sector with due pride and conviction and is able to position our product strongly against competitors;
is available for 32 to 40 hours.
You are an expert in understanding customer needs and are able to translate this into the right solutions. You understand that success does not only depend on the best technology, but also on the right application and 'adoption' by the user. You have enthusiasm and passion to continue to develop yourself. Your customer-oriented attitude and your preference for working in a team make that both customers and colleagues like to see you.

We distinguish ourselves by, in addition to the use of open data standards and scalable web-based technologies, taking the end user as a starting point and working on the simplest and most optimal solution possible to meet everyone's needs. We develop various smart and supporting software solutions such as Clearly.Projects.
Clearly.Projects is the online integral collaboration platform for projects in the living environment, which links project information to a GIS database for visual representation. The platform prevents information loss and optimizes collaboration within (construction) teams and with clients, all in one application without additional licenses. This allows for better risk management, reduced failure costs, and prevention of fragmented information in separate systems. The uniform working method and the overview of project information linked to the map make the platform unique.
Our young and dynamic team works passionately on continuous improvement and innovation. We seek each other out and celebrate our successes together. During Future Insight meetings we inspire each other, undertake activities together and end the day festively. On Mondays and Thursdays we work at the office in Zwolle. Working independently is possible, but we are always there for each other!
Our clients are located both domestically and abroad, including governments, engineering firms and contractors. Think of organisations such as Heijmans, Strukton, the Municipality of Rotterdam or the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Estonia.
What we offer
Gross salary range between EUR 5,700 and EUR 7,500 depending on experience
8% holiday pay
