The City of Helsinki is once again at the forefront of innovation and technological advancement as they explore how to implement BIM in their building permitting process.
We help them take the next step by independently evaluating and researching BIM-based permit checks with our Clearly.BIM software solution. Additionally we arrange 2 workshops on the topic to share our knowledge and insights from projects done in other countries and to help figure out the best strategy and plan of action for the City of Helsinki.
On June 6th we did our first workshop together with Aarno Alanko, Pekka Juhani Niemonen, Tomi Esa Laine and Noora Kosonen. Over the next 3 months, they will be testing Clearly.BIM. In August, we will hold a follow-up workshop to determine the best way to make the building permit process in Helsinki faster and more transparent. We also want to improve the quality of submitted designs.
