When you work with data, you want to be sure that your client has its quality and information security in order, right? If you ask us, it's crucial. We were therefore highly motivated to get certified for ISO 9001 and 27001 normen.
In order to steer this process in the right direction, we have started setting up our management system together with CertificieringsAdviesNederland.
Joska, who was responsible for supervising and organizing the certification process: “This process made us especially aware that we had already organized a lot of things well, but had not yet established this. The certification helped us with that. Data, information and personal data are in safe hands with us and because we continue to monitor our internal processes, we can monitor the quality of our products and we work on continuous improvement.”
After a 1.5-year process, we recently successfully completed the audits and today we received the corresponding certificate from the audit agency. You can imagine that we are very happy and proud of this.
