Our Chief Evangelist Clearly.BIM, Jaan Saar, will kick off the congress on November 27th at 9:00 with a keynote speech. In his presentation, Jaan will take the attendees on his journey to more efficient methods of information management within the construction sector. As a former Head of Digital Construction at the Estonian Ministry of Climate, he will present the innovative Estonian e-Construction platform, which brings together public and commercial services, as an example of digital progress in Estonia.
